Confirmation
All reservation request will be confirmed immediately. Just in case
immediate confirmation is not possible, booking status will be advised
by e-mail/facsimile within 48 hours.
Deposit
As we often have to make deposits in order to secure reservations,
a relevant charge will be invoiced to you immediately.
Payment
A) Full payments must be settled through our office prior to client's
arrival or any option date given in our reply fax at the time of
booking. Unless credit facility and/or specific terms and agreement
have been made in advance all reservations will be cancelled automatically.

Cancellation fee
For cancellation of confirmed arrangements a cancellation fee may
be charged accordingly.
Difference in tour fee
All bookings are subject to an additional charge if the travel dates
coincide with Japanese holidays.
Taxes
All the rates quoted are inclusive of service charge and government
tax. Airport tax is not included unless specified.
Guides
All service will be provided with experienced English, German, Chinese,
French, Italian, Japanese or Russian speaking guides.
